Apna Masala

The food (delivery - haven't eaten on-premises) is always very good, fresh. Doesn't vary in the consistency as much as is usual with many Indian cuisine restaurants). The dishes, while smaller portions and on the more expensive side, are filling and don't skimp on ingredients. The nan is excellent and the spice level is always appropriate to what we've indicated. My roommate - very mild, me - very spicy. Thankfully they've never mixed that up.

Apna is the most underrated Indian Food in NY. I hesitated to write this review because I don't want the secret to get out, but honestly I feel guilty not properly acknowledging how good they are. Not only is the Masala sauce amazing and the dinner special the most reasonably priced Indian food in the city, but they consistently deliver in 30 minutes or less. They even add in extra sauces every time I ask. I really do love these guys. Thanks!

i live like 2 blocks away from this place and always wondered about their food. so i ordered the lamb biryani which was pretty good. the only thing is it looks like the ones from the cart in which i am not complaining but if your order from a restaurant i expected for the meat to look a little better. anyway the food and delivery was good!! will definietly order from here again.

They have forgotten to bring stuff for me before, but the food is so very tasty I keep coming back. I've had to call them to tell them they forgot my raita and complimentary onion pakora and they delivered both promptly.

The food was delicious!! I ordered the chicken tikka masala and chicken korma along with coconut samosa. All three were delicious, the flavors were rich, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend!
